Re: This thing really SUCKS!!!

This is version 3, version one was the smaller hoses, swarfs clogged the hose inlet so went to the 2.5" hoses. Version 2 duh??? didn't fit the hoses, (let my son measure, didn't double check him). Version 3, 6 gallon bucket and a plywood added to the lid. The baffle is my idea to see if I could...

I would disassemble the motor/pump make sure the pump is clean and lube the bushing or bearing, most likel...

Re: Looking for Lyman mark 4 info

I'd appreciate it, have no paper work at all, if you can post if for all here or send it to oldgoaly AT gmail DOT com. I recently repaired a rocklinizer, no corporate support, nothing online, I was lucky a part was physically broke or it would have been pure heck to trouble shoot. Thanks!

Looking for Lyman mark 4 info

Would like a scan of the schematic or the value of the rheostat/potentiometer/speed controller, I'd like to have one on hand when I take it apart to clean and lubricate it. Thanks!

Re: Question on box brake fingers hardening

if you want to tell how hard something is a snap punch and some known pcs of harden steel to reference. It's cheap way to tell if something is hard, I did this cause my neighbor was bringing me stuff to work on and dulled some tooling. Now I have had a pexto and still have a diarco, the pexto were n...

Re: Rocklinizer user? have a question for you.

update, I took a old worn (well worn out) blade to try it out on, applying the carbide easy! real easy! cuts not bad for a worn out blade!. So did the better blade, cuts the same 1 3/4" cut in just over 1/2 the time, does not appear to be losing it new coating after 6 cuts. We will see how long...
