I most certainly did make some use of it. I sent them a price match which they honored for a Kurt D675 & saved $125 on it. Thanks.

Re: Ready Welder 10000 ADP?
Scott One can only wish there would be some blowout deals on the Dynasty 300 because I would take the plunge immediately. Thanks for the heads up I will be looking for the unit to announce itself with VIGOR! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/g...

Re: Ready Welder 10000 ADP?
Scott Do you have any info on this unit? Do you think it will be in the same price range as the Dynasty 300 or is it going to be a $8000 unit just for the basic machine If it is in the current Aerowave price range I can not justify the ...

It is less expensive than a miller spool gun that is rated for less amps than the Ready Welder. When I have a chance to run it through its paces I'll report back. Won't be for a while but I will get to it eventually.

Re: Ready Welder 10000 ADP?
I did one job on it so far with a total of 3 hours on it. I am in the Nor Cal area & if you are not local then the shipping would kill you but I am asking $1900. I am in no hurry (or in no real need) to sell I just am wanting to upgrade to a Dynasty 300 setup.

Re: Ready Welder 10000 ADP?
Scott Yes I am thinking of getting one. Currently I have the Ranger 8 engine drive & need portable aluminum MIG capability so I want to pair these two units up. I do not want to truck my Prince spool gun around. That unit is strickly in shop only unless its an emergency (emergency=must be good p...

Ready Welder 10000 ADP?
I posted this on the Hobart & AWS site but no joy. I will ask the question here. Has anyone had any experience with this spool gun, Ready Welder 10000 ADP. The web site boasts some pretty good numbers. I can not believe not one person has experience with this unit on one of these sites. Maaaybee...

Re: welding aluminum motorcycle parts
fatboy It can be done BUT by the sounds of it you have some experience welding aluminum with the spool gun. If it were my choice I would pickup the TIG machine before I attempted it with a spool gun IMHO. If it were not a critical part I would otherwise say go for it. If it is that thick of material...

I am going to go with the pushpull system eventually but for now it will be no big deal about the gauge not reading.

I was thinking back & thought you said you had one of these units. Do you or am I wrong? The reason is I just picked up one of these units & want to get some info from you. Can you e-mail me off line if you have the time.
