Thanks Marty It was not all that bad to build ! If you follow Kozo plans it all goes together Very nicely .The only problem I had was getting it hot enough .I could not heat it with LP like Kozo said I had to use acetylene Plus an lp burner . Was actually A very interesting project to do . Thanks all

Yes that is a thought that I have to ,but every thing is adjustable so we will see .I have a book coming with about 600 pictures in it of the k 27 so maybe I will be able to figure them out. Thanks for asking . Dale

Hi Todd Yes it is phosphous bronze . Last night I took 1 set and sanded then buffed them boy they looked great .But sure was a lot of work .
