Here are a few of the thing I've been making. Top End Oiling kits for Suzuki air cooled inline fours, circa early to mid 80's. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/GregB/TopEndOilerKits008.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/GregB/TopEndOilerKits012.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/G...

Does anyone know what the angle of the head of a 3AT collet? I'm getting about 15 deg., but my collets are slightly sprung so I not sure if it really is.
Thanks, GDB

Jose - Congrats on the grinder. I made a bit of a mistake going too small. I figured my little Sanford would be just fine because the stuff I make is generally small, but there are lots of fixtures and setups I can't get under the wheel, so I suppose it's a matter of time before I move up to a bigg...

First get the part close by eye. Lean a scale against the part with your indicator touching the scale at part center line. Slowly rotate chuck by hand. The corners of the part will push the scale out as you rotate. Adjust chuck to get the part true. Using the scale will stop the corners of the part ...

Thanks. No, not a Rockwell. It's a Benchmaster that I permanently grafted a Rusnok Model 70 milling head to. Tha original head didn't have a quill. This one does, albeit only about 1.75 inches worth. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/GregB/Benchmasterside.jpg I made the ram and overarm that the ...
