Spiral milling or cutt'n or just plain make'n

While I was in London UK, I was a member of the Ickenham and District Society of Model Engineers. One of the members of the club has a rather interesting display that he brings out when ever the club puts on a booth at a model engineering expo. It's all about how to do Spiral Milling. He had worked ...

I highly recommend going to see this railway! I had the chance to visit it's Porthmadog (Port Maddock) station while I was over working at the Ffestiniog Railway. If any one is interested in going over there some time, just drop me a note and I'll fill you in. I just might stow away in your luggage ...

Dont know about a ramble, but if good ol' Unka Sam will let me I'm going to drive quite possibly from Mississippi to make the meet. The operative expression being "IF" Unka Sam lets me. My command thinks that come Feb 06, the situation down in Pascagoula MS will be favorable for my return to the pie...

Re: Mechanical Lubricator vs Displacement Lubricator

Any one still have the plans for this? I'd like to look into it.

I need to install a bigger steam oil resivoir on my loco cause I run out too fast.

Was thinking about a managed displacement oil feed on the engine I'm building.

Re: Must be mt lucky day.....

I got my Southbend lathe from a widow in England for about $800 or there abouts.
My best guess is that it made it's way to England on a Liberty Ship, and served
some miner part in the war effort in some small tool room.

Who knows really.

Last of a few

My one passenger for the day.

Mom left strict orders that she was to get a ride before my Dad, so the only
person left was the Host.

Oh well, it was FUN!!!!!!
