tom: more then likely your issue is the oil valve your using, i have many years of testing and i built my own and its a taper needle valve and i have gone thru many different tapers and size and i think you will find if you start working with that first your bagley will work just fine. i have seen t...

the Bagley Burner should be aimed about 1" below the fire door.

I would be interested in the bolster ring if you cast some extra i will take a pair of them.

this is an american model engineering lubricator and there new price is 260.00 so not sure if you have your price wrong or if you think you will get that price but they are available today and 260.00$. sorry to inform you.

you can scroll down about half way and get a view of my ball valve in my dome and the linkage. for 1-1/2 i would not use a valve bigger then 1/4 npt.

you won't need any of that fancy jazz, pipe it simple and easy and get a needle valve for the oil and a smaller needle valve for the atomizer and you will run all day and be fine and should not go out when running.
