I called Monarch. The price for one piece $2,500.00 total was over $3,100.00. I'am making them at my friends shop take about 2 days. Monarch said 3 or 4 weeks. I have it apart. The forks or OK. The pins in the fork are worn out and it wore out the clutch arm that the forks go over.

MY clutch fork inside of my Monarch CK12"(1943)model serial #24323 monarch lathe is worn out. As anybody worked on them? How do you get them out and where can I get parts for it? Can you still get parts for them?

I have a Monarch 12"CK that I'am using to build my 4-6-4 Hudson. I need to make new pins and rollers for the clutch. My question is does anybody know the size of them. I would like to make them before I take it apart.
