The annular cutter that I have uses 1/4" pilot pins that align the cutter to the desired position and eject the slug.

At least according to McMaster-Carr...

So the question remains...

100 1/4" holes in 4x5.4 Cannel - ?'s

I have a 12 speed drill press and as the subject says have 100 pilot holes to drill for using an annular cutter to drill 100 1.375" holes. Should I start with 1/8" holes? Can't seem to find a guide for beginners to machining and until now the few small #'s of holes of small sizes haven't m...

I have the need to create a jig for locating dowel holes so that individual aluminum cylinder heads for my 2 stroke motorcycles are centered on the cast-iron lined aluminum cylinder assemblies. I intend to use aluminum dowel pins .25" in diameter. I have searched and I have not found an answer ...
