I worked in the thermoforming industry, we made molds to make plastic parts that needed many many vacuum holes in them. We used #60 bits to drill up to 1/2 inch deep vac holes, we pecked and pecked and pecked till we got thru,on a mill with tons of oil( water based) only ever broke 1 bit in 15 years...

Morning, dose any one know of a suppler of scale oil cups for drive /side rods? I have looked for what come's up if you Google them no luck,any help would be great. :)

plex dose no have the crosslink that polycarb dose,the parts that the company I worked for made from polycarb were used in the medical testing area,it had to stand up the being autoclaved,pressure up to 500 psi and acid .I don't know if you can put it under steam or not,butair will not hurt it,have ...

as someone who has worked with polycarb,it can be cut with HHS ,drilled and tapped ,etc, you can heat polish it with a propane torch.As to the thickness,are you going to make your clear cover the same as the one used to close the steam chest? if so 3/8 will work. Looks like the stuff that was packed around boilers on Navy ships years ago.It was a form of rockwool that was put on the outside of the boiler before the jacket was closed up after a retube.Very messy to use, but it kept the outside of the boiler cooler that if it was not there.

Have shutoff for each,need combine both into one check with one out am using 1/4 copper as inlet and outlet as I have about 30 feet of 1/4 I got for free.

check valve

Good evening to all, I am looking for a print for a two to one check valve I.E. two pipes in to one pipe out.I need it in 3/4" scale,for my 4-8-4 northern in 3/4 scale.Any help would be great,I have looked on many sites with no luck. :(
