Found** "The Model Injector-by Ted Crawford

Hello All,

Does anyone have a copy of Ted Crawfords "The Model Injector" sitting on a shelf gathering dust that they'd like to sell?? If so, send me a PM as I'm very interested in getting a copy.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Rebuild of an Allen Mogul.

Hello All. Moving along with the project.... I purchased some brake cylinder castings that had already been started, unfortunately the bottom cylinder head was now undersized( to print ), I had also purchased a set of un machined castings from PostWarBob...but I wanted to try see if I could save the...

Re: Alternative position for axle pump Allen Mogul.

Bill, Thanks for replying. I'd be interested in any photo's you'd be willing to share. Your insights as to pro's and con's to the new location. I've already started on the Fred V. design pump modifications that allow easier access , would this design work with a similar setup to yours(if you are fam...

Alternative position for axle pump Allen Mogul.

Hello, I think I've seen it here somewhere, an Allen Mogul or ten wheeler ( I think) that had an axle pump under the fire box, as it was propane fired there wasn't a need for an ash pan. Has anyone got any more information or pictures of this setup(very vague I know)? , or has a different than origi...

Re: Rebuild of an Allen Mogul.

Hello All, Well, I'm back at the Mogul project. I'd lost a bunch of photos of the project, which is a shame as I enjoy reading all the comments/ideas and suggestions on how to do, or how its been done. Here is a few updated pictures, Smoke box saddle is complete as per the prints. Its painted with a...

Dummy Steam Pump Castings *SOLD

I'm selling two sets of these aluminum dummy pump castings. along with the prints to machine them. There is the name "Sierra Grande Models" on the prints. I've not heard of them(not been in the hobby long really) and not much out there on the web at a quick glance. These are DUMMY pump cas...

Kozo A3 Project Starter. **Sold**

Hello all, Its time to sell off what was my first foray in the live steam hobby. I started this A3 using the Kozo Book. The frame rails are steel, CNC programmed with tabs(they'll need to be either buzzed off with saw/grinder) but that was done to hold the part and be able to machine the outside con...
