I will second John on this, the no4 pliers wrench is all I use on miniature hex bolts. The cobra style pliers have replaced my snap on slip joints. Thanks John, what day are you planning on attending the meet? I agree the buckeyes really have a solid feel to them. Although I haven’t run this car yet, (engine is down) I have run the trucks for a few years on another car.

I really wanted something that wouldn’t cover a lot of the deck detail,(hole patterns) and that I could remove in and out with dowel pins using the deck holes to use as a riding car.

Carl I agree but it will have to wait till winter, trying to get my locomotives rebuild so I can actually pull this car this season.

There is a lubricator line to the valve already, seems to be how the cylinders receive oil.
