Chris:
The very top hex is the pop-off pressure adjusting bolt. Screw it in or clockwise to increase the pressure. The nut just below it is the lock nut for this bolt. Of course, loosen it first to make any adjustments and then lock it down when done adjusting.

These are dummy "Viloco" sander traps and valves which are mounted on the side of the sandbox on a Nickel Plate Berkshire.
These look like "soft" copies of castings which I offered.

These rerailing frogs are exact models of those carried on the tenders of NKP Berkshires. These models were derived from scans of those on NKP 765.
These rerailing frogs were readily commercially available during the steam era so I'm sure they were used by many railroads.
