The taxes should be rather low it's about 10 miles past the middle of nowhere. My cabin is less than $200 and worth probably aa tenth of the railroad.

That place is a few miles from my cabin and my plan was to retire and railroad there. plans change and it's sad. Michigan is losing too many railroads right now. This one Junction Valley closed after the summer Version in Grand Rapids is for sale and closed And rumors of another for sale And that's ...

the trucks sound good and I have friends in Fla now. If you could do a quick check for shipping to 49085 with a dock I would appreciate it. ball park figure would be fine

Struck out too small of a pour. What kind of iron would I be looking for anyway. lots of foundries within an hour drive.

In contact with a foundry but I think your pattern is too small for them. The guy is willing to work with me so I'll let everyone know what happens.

At least a couple dozen 8" not picky on the design. Might make or buy a pattern because shipping $$$$$ but i have a loading dock to ship to.

Were getting ready to start a couple of Fairbanks morse horizonal engines a 75 hp and a 150 hp and am looking for any manuals and such that we might get copies of just for reference. We hope to fire them next weekend.

I'll take a bunch but you might want to make a road trip sometime. The sawmill runs Memorial weekend , 4th of July and Labor Day but this out 50 th anniversary and we may run it once a month if we can get enough logs and help.
