The taxes should be rather low it's about 10 miles past the middle of nowhere. My cabin is less than $200 and worth probably aa tenth of the railroad.

That place is a few miles from my cabin and my plan was to retire and railroad there. plans change and it's sad. Michigan is losing too many railroads right now. Struck out too small of a pour. What kind of iron would I be looking for anyway. lots of foundries within an hour drive.

In contact with a foundry but I think your pattern is too small for them. The guy is willing to work with me so I'll let everyone know what happens.

At least a couple dozen 8" not picky on the design. Might make or buy a pattern because shipping $$$$$ but i have a loading dock to ship to.
