I bought a PortaBand saw cause I didn.t want to waste the floor space on a larger saw. Using it as a heldheld saw is ok for simple cutoffs, but it is hard to make an accurate cut. I have a Porta Band saw and I built a wooden mount for it to sit in vertically with one simple clamp holding it in. I use it this way more than the portable mode. I have an idea in mind for a horzinontal arrangement but I haven't got around to it.

HM, HSM and PM are the three I follow. However at PM if you own certains types of machines, you will get jumped on or the tread will get locked.
