Try www.mcmastercarr.com. They carry a good assortment of ballscrews and nuts, but you'll have to turn and thread the ends for your application.

Accelerated rust bluing involves boiling the metal in between applications of the bluing solution as opposed to hanging it in a humudity cabinet they way they did with the original rust bluing process.

Collets only go up to 1/2", but you can get 2MT endmill holders in 5/8 and 3/4.

Personally, I don't think you can do any better than a pre-64 Winchester model 70, but the box magazine mod is going to cost you.
