Search Cnczone for "mill enclosure". There are 3 or 4 good examples there.
For a sherline, you might only need a cement trough from Home Depot and plexiglass cage for the coolant.

I'd really like to know more about the design. I'm about to start cutting off 6" pieces of 20' lengths, of custom extruded aluminum channel. This would be very useful indeed toward those ends.
