Re: Live steam locomotives

I ordered some drawings around Nov. or Dec., 2019. His web site asks for $9.95 postage for orders less than $100 . My previous order to him had a postage fee of $14.95. With my 2019 order I applied that amount to my order which brought my order up to $99.00. I did this to support him because of his ...

Re: Westinghouse compressor lubricator info

The pictures show this to be the Westinghouse F-1 mechanical lubricator. There are some quite good, dimensioned drawings on page 786 in the 1938 "Locomotive Cyclopedia"

B&O EM-1 2-8-8-4's

Does anyone possibly have copies of the 1-1/2" scale elevation and section drawings for B & O's EM-1 2-8-8-4's that I could purchase copies of? I have Robert Hundman's Cyclopedia with Bruce Meyers HO gauge drawing for the EM-1 but it is too small to use for accurate measurements. Bruce's dr...

Re: SP GS-1's

I purchased the A-6 drawing from Roger Goldmann ( livesteamlocomotives.com ) a few years back; he has most of the drawings for the locomotives you mention but little to non for parts applicable to them. I had forgotten a...

Re: Help pretty please.

Brendan,
I have Robert Hundman's book "The Locomotive Cyclopedia - Vol II". In it is an HO gauge drawing for the 1204 equipped with the 16VC tender. I'll try to scan it and/or mail you a xerox copy.

Re: Alco drawings

Pollockmarine, What follows occurred somewhere around 30 years ago. Back then over a span of about 2 -3 years I purchased seven drawings from the ALCO Historic Photo Collection. They were at the time in the care of the New York Chapter of " The Railway & Locomotive Historical Society"....

Looks like that is from SP's locomotive diagram book, something I am trying to acquire for myself.

Got it. 2401 had 155,000 lbs. on the drivers and 58,000 lbs. on the trailing truck.
