The Sunbeam 1018 headlight is complete. Painted it today and added the Sunbeam tags. Thank You Jack Bodenman for making the tags and for all your inspiration with all the little details you make. Thank you everyone else for your kind comments.

Painted the second light yesterday. Just need to install the led and wiring. Have a great Easter Weekend.

Made the tender back up light yesterday. It is a smaller diam than the Sunbeam.

Jeff, I made the holes oversized for the bushings. Thanks for your encouraging words

Started machining the doors. Now ready to solder the gears on.

Thanks Jack. Almost all the little parts are made now. Hope to start the castings next week.

The piston was made today. Also counterbored the gear too. Hope cut the gear apart tomorrow.

Thanks Bill. This is very complicated. Going to start making the little pieces first Iguess. Piston, links, rods, etc. May even bore and cut the gear today.

Getting ready to machine out a Mercer butterfly door kit. Any tips?
