Re: 3/4" Scale J1e

Jack, you've made the parts for this bell in 3/4" scale. So does shrinkage change anything when they are used as patterns for investment casting?

Look at your medical and surgical supplies such as dressings, gauze, tape and such. All made in China. If we had an all out war such as WWII the women would have to start tearing up their petie coats again.

Or do they not wear this things anymore?

I have ordered multiple things from him also and never had a problem. He owes me a pair of trucks but it looks like he has a few fires to put out first. I'm not worried. They will be pretty when they get here, the anticipation is at least half the fun.

Keep after those fires Dave !!

It is one beautiful locomotive !!!! I'm sure it looks better than when it came from Alco. And that double header was something to see, never thought it would happen.

Re: Choosing the right drawing

EVGEN, My take on "style" is this. To use the example of the front engine made up of several castings vs one that is one casting. Re: Trailer Features

Just curious. Michelin makes the tire for the Mk-6 monorail at Disney World. With the straight up and down suspension as opposed to the weird angled one on the Mk-4 they get tremendously improved milage out of them.
