My condolences to you and Joe's family and friends. I own a Sherline CNC lathe and CNC milling machine. Both are great tools, and a tribute to Joe's vision.

Download and install this PowerToys clone for Vista of an Image Resizer.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/phototoysclone/

Once installed, all you need do is right-click an image, select "Resize" from the resulting menu, and select a size. Done.

One movie I seldom see mentioned when this topic comes up is Disney's 1956, "The Great Locomotive Chase." If you like 1800's 4-4-0's and Civil War era equipment, this is the movie for you!

While it may not be obvious in the video, there are actually some pretty stiff grades on the run - 3% or better in some places.

I powder coated my smokebox and stack. Not excessively expensive. Available in a host of colors and very durable.
