The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway is 15" gauge. Wouldn't this make it a 6" scale engine? (1/2 full size)

I don't know if they welcome visiting engines, but the Riverside & Great Northern RR has a very nice track in Wisconsin.

Years ago, Little Engines offered a nice looking fitting for water line connections. I'm sure they were commercially available fittings, but haven't had any luck locating them. Even our old friend Mcmaster-Carr doesn't have them. Anyone know what they're called & where I could locate them?? Than...
