What's the difference between the versions of brake arms?

I sell it by the bottle...

Talked to them at great length last year both at the track and my shop.

I have it on hand, would be glad to ship it to you.

Thanks for the info guys. In the meantime, my son has gotten off his rear and contacted the group that has the locomotive now (WCRA?) and they claim to have the drawings. Not ready to start yet anyway, just doing the research.

Thanks for taking time to share your wisdom, guys! I'm going to try building them up with weld for time, if that doesn't work I'll machine new ones from solid.

Has anyone tried to weld or build up an aluminum frog? I have many where the running surfaces are badly worn and it seems like some sort of rework would be better than replacement. I don't have a TIG welder so I would like to learn about other alternatives you've used.

Amunium coupler knuckles break much more easily than bronze or cast iron/steel....

How does one lay out a nice curve when there is no way to stake out the center?
