We have also added in a signal or two on blind corners and/or where there is a possibility of a train ahead that is slowing down for possible switch selection. Russ

So I get back from lunch and TODAY John and crew installed the first of the two new diamonds at Central Station, what a crew! The wind came up so the temp is 50 but the wind chill feels like it should be SNOWING! :D Russ

Today was just a laid back train ride kinda day. It is our 'Fall Colors' meet with no work week, just running. So during this no work week the gang ballasted Central Station yard, laid three switches leading to the west end of Containerville and the TrackShop rebuilt half a dozen switches. So again ...

So the club ladies out together a 'progressive dinner' at the club. We rode our trains down to Midway Circle and had horderves, re-boarded the trains and headed up to Central for the main course, then after dinner we re-boarded and headed over to the Klamath and Western for dessert! :D While doing t...

If you are adding the event to your 2018 calendar please leave a little time to help us out. It takes about 350 volunteers daily during the meet to make sure everyone has a great time. If you can spare a couple of hours we would really appreciate it. Russ - AKA Volunteer Coordinator.
