On the roofs and sides of my cars I have a piece of wood with three notches in it, a notch on the end the rest at the correct distance through the board. I usually do three thick, then the last is just the full thickness so it can but up to the next notch creating a single piece of plywood look, but...

I'm starting to build a pump similar to that. Is it an allen 3/4" scale worthington steam pump (the one I'm building) or your own? Thanks. Also has anyone built one of those? I need some help on how to set up the bore for the the piston. Jeff

Also you can insert a set screw on the shoe keeping it in place, I have this set up with friction material two feet stopping distance.

Pin Project

This was just a little project that a friend asked me to do for his link and pin couplers simple project but still fun cutting a taper. I had to copy an exsisting part. - Jeff Tolan
