What about "your" for "you're", "loose" for "lose" and the recent "of" for "off" (along with a myriad of other misspelled and misused simple words)? It's one thing to not be able to spell words like "onomatopoeia" from memory but ...

For tapered flutes, you may find the FLUTE program on my page helpful.

Although not specifically intended for this application, the REVOLVER program may be useful in laying out flutes around a circle.
