On our Chloe we used VHT header paint, it has worked well for the past several years of use.

it would be cool to see the chloes all in one place but i wouldn't want to put them all in one train, too much wear and tear.i've always wondered how many chloes there are out there?

Theres a Holiday Inn and Best Western within about 7 minutes from the track in Grover Beach/Arroyo Grande. Free breakfasts etc.

On the full size caboose the sides are framed up with timbers and steel rods under tension. The timbering is covered on both sides by tongue and groove siding, vertical on the outside and horizontal on the inside. As the framing is completely covered inside and out it is just a waste of time to do ...
