Sometimes a bad air leak at the water valve packing is the culprit. Sorry I have no information on the 3D printed pump that I sold on this form. It was on an engine I acquired and I replaced it with a working pump. I had it sitting around for a year and had no need for it. Wish I could be the bearer of better news regarding the origins of the dummy pump!
