So, the level of precision of both radii is not critical and the quick job with the file should be more than adequate.

I too, misread the post and responded to the small "corner" radius.
Also, what is the purpose of the "center post" and how precise do both radii need to be?

I would do it by hand with my long angle lathe file.

U might fab something like this?? http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb346/J_Franklin/Machining/mounted_zps255c759d.jpg cheap HarborFright cutoff blade ...lot of support under the blade, and depending on how you mount it, it can be made to turn down when it jams or sticks...I didn't and used a pin...
