I'm getting ready to silver solder the inlet and outlet to the fixed end. I had to make a bracket to hold things in place so they don't move when soldering.

The drivers were counter balanced to reduce augmented pounding on the rails, so the rails would not be damaged. Drilled the inlet/outlet holes in the fixed end of the feed water heater.

Finished the water passages in the fixed end of the water heater. I need to put in the inlet and outlet fittings after deburring all the sharp edges.

Had a better Saturday than last week, brass is so much easier to work with than copper. I finished all the holes, and tapped holes, ready for water passages.

Well since I'm waiting for the EDM machine to be free so I can get rid of the broken drills in the free end I'll start the fixed end. I put all #30 drills in and time to do the other side.

Greg the drills were getting stuck in the copper from too slow of a RPMS. I corrected that and continued on my way. Now I'm just finishing up the water passages.
