Solid carbide ball endmill, Bring table up on miller will machine it right out. # 8 -32 is huge. Have used this method on as small as 2-56.

Wood pellets HATE moisture, so if it starts raining or snowing or just a damp day. You will have such a mess you will think you were firing with shredded wheat. Been there done that. Lets not forget the BTU`S you will lose.

You will pay more than the details are worth to have them Professionally heat treated, you can DIY and save a bucket of $$$$$$$$$$$. Just my two cents, I had to learn this the hard way.

Where would you clean your engine in such a beautiful steaming area ? Drop ashes, oil, water, beer ? Do you have a janitor to clean up after a Steam Event ? I know I can make a hell of a mess myself without really trying.

J.I morris was bought out by Swissturn in Oxford mass. I have tried to get a hold of someone there with no results.
