Thats a neat idea. Not sure if a sander is needed though. I have pulled 20+ cars with my Berk., and didn't have any problems.

1" scale Fox Truck castings, 2 bolester plates, 4 side frames, 8 journal boxes, and 6 wheels. The other 2 wheels are missing, but could be fabricated easily. Everything is cast iron.
