Here are the first CAD drawings of the frames for TOBY , including an alternate version with rounded buffer edges. The frames are 1/4" mild steel, with the stretchers cut from 1/2". Upon reflection, I will probably redo these pieces to use an interlocking notch and tab system so they will ...

Here's the output from the B9 Creator. Great on paper, so-so in the real world.

A Sebastian lathe followed me home the other day. I haven't found much info on the lathe. A few guys responded to my PM's with a little info. It's a 16" x 72". Has a 6 hp motor. serial # K5099R. A aluminum tag on the headstock is stamped 49 which I assume is 1949 build date? Just looking ...
