The usual things apply. You want a good grade that has good teeth but yet can be bent around those little wheels continuously while running. Too hard begets fractures. The best ones I've used are the Starret or Milwaukee for these saws for they have a balance. Lennox blades of correct type are great...

Congrats Steve. That was a very good use for a 4-flute anyway as it wasn't constricted nor required a higher speed. Looks like it fit like a glove.

The Tai variations of those days are only in retrospect so diverse. I recognise castings and things but this was set up different. Stephen what you are doing is very honorable. I would stick with it awhile. A guy posted here fairly recently about workbench height considering his chair. There are of course different configs where the disabled are actually able to drive by other controls but either way this could be a real help. ...
