Number plates for sides of Mercer Locomotive headlights

Hi all, I have a Baldwin Electric that I built as part of a project at Los angeles Live Steamers in the early 1980's. I need new number plates that insert into the doors on both sides of the old Mercer Locomotive headlights. Anyone have a suggestion about who might make these. The old ones look like...

I used SolidWorks 98 many years ago and MasterCam since 1990. I STILL use MasterCam v9 at home since retirement. I've been doing 3D work with surfaces and solids for almost twenty years. Steep learning curves!
