Re: Need storage ideas!

Some brainstorming - How about shelves along the entire length of one wall with a lift mounted on the side of one bay? I was thinking of a free-standing unit between the bays - 2 wide by 3 high - what I hadn't thought of was attaching the lift to the end of the frame. That would provide stability t...

Need storage ideas!

Right now my storage space is the middle of a 2 car garage with 9 foot ceiling. It is all on one level at the height of the bed of my pickup truck. I have a 4 wheel cart, 6 feet long, to move things around, and three 'storage tracks' side by side made from 2x4s. 8 feet long, all of which are filled ...

Re: Tom bee

I just ordered a pair of couplers last week and got a prompt response. Hopefully it doesn't take 2 months to get them!

I'd appreciate that Barry!

Old boxcar plans?

I am thinking of adding a boxcar to my 7.5" ga. LE American and looking for plans. The older the style the better. I am trying to stay 1860s if possible. May make them ride-on if my little 4-4-0 can pull them up the grade but I can add the internal structure to carry a rider's weight. I see the...
