Re: WAsn't there somebody asking about plows?

Are you kidding. Down here we don't have snow, so we doesn't ever have to figure out how to get the rails clean unless it critters in the way, then they have a tendency to run like all get out :-) Sorry, I didn't intend to insult you with the question

Re: Steam turbo generetor

You can still get castings for a Pyle from http://hometown.aol.com/retro625/index.htm He used to do working generators (I got the last), but he no longer does. Apparently, Ken started having problems getting stators or something like that last I heard.

Re: hydrogen fuel logic

I thought that you could use hydrogen from water (H20). Wouldn't that work just as well? I can sit here with 2 electrodes, power supply, and a a couple of jars and produce my on hydrogen and oxygen. Am I missing something? Danged I wish I was an engineer (physics, not steam)

Re: wheel turning part 2

The only answer I know from the questions you posted is the "Which Locktite" question. Find the one that is green. It is for securing sleeves in engine cylinders. My understanding is to make sure you do it right the first time cause it is going to be REAL difficult to get a second chance j...

Thank goodness. I was afraid that I gave people the wrong impression. Thanks for the apology. More importantly, for straightening me out as to whom you directed it to.

Re: Statement From Hickory Ridge

What a laugh. If I "had an axe to grind" I wouldn't have pursuaded the owners to get a statement out to HELP the company show where things stand. So don't try to say that I am trying to put Hickory Ridge down. I too am waiting for parts and have to wait. There is more to the stary that I C...

Re: Statement From Hickory Ridge

It's my understanding that one of the other owners was there with the payment and it wasn't accepted. Again, I don't know. I wasn't there. But after the way things have appear to have gone, the landlord is being unreasonable in the actions he has taken.
