Cannon Plans

Post by lcousino »

I would like to build a model of a civil war cannon. Anyone know where I can get plans for an 1861 No. 1 field carriage and a 3" ordnance rfle. I have a book from Antique Ordnance Pub. but I'm having trouble figuring out some of the dimensions. Thank you for any help. Larry

Go To: Junk Drawer, never enough time, and page 14 or so there are some pics from Tredgar Iron works in VA. The Pics there may be of some help. Search around and get back to me.

I dont know what book you have.
