Sure does. My Lincoln 300/300 uses the same method (spark gap) to produce the required high frequency. For that matter, the first generation of induction furnaces did, too.

Once you posted a pic, I realized they my TIG welder is built on the same frame, so a lot of things are similar.

When I had it opened up I was going to take a couple pictures of what I had to swap around to wire it for 240v
But I didn't want to confuse anyone who might not have caught that it is a three phase welder .
That and it was absolutely filled full of dust and something that is similar to dryer lint .

Borrowed some leads and a stinger , it seems to stick weld pretty good .
I stuck a 1/8 inch 7018 in it and cranked the power a the way up .
And didn't have any issues so my generator is plenty big enough .

I think it'll be a great addition to my shop once I have all the paraphernalia :)
