Dragster Tail

Post by Jacin »

It's been a while since my last update and with the LONG WEEKEND and all I actually got a wee bit more progress. It still needs some serious tweakin' but it's getting there SLOW LY but SURELY!!!!! I was contemplating embossing some flames or something in it, but I think I'm just gonna leave it smooth - who knows???? I know one thing for sure I'm definitely gonna emboss some flames into the FUEL TANK!!!!! Opps I guess I am getting ahead of myself - maybe I should first finish this.

Hey Scott - my welds all started sorta "proud" and as I was getting back in the groove so to speak I was starting to get them pretty flush - too bad I was almost done by that point!!!
Hey I had at least and inch or two lookng REAL GOOD <grin>

Jacin, let me know when you get real tired of tripping over all those Hemi's!

As far as tig welding Aluminum,I am super rusty since the powermig deal.I must be about the only one that tig welds most steel, and mig welds most aluminum. That doesn't sound right for some strange reason?
Nice job on that dragster.
