DiAcro 24" Finger Brake help

Post by mikey4 »

Gentlemen:
I just purchased a DiAcro 24" finger brake. It is missing the part that looks like a piece of angle iron that actually does the bending and is bolted to the large plate to which the bending handles attach. If someone has one of these benders could you please tell me the size and thickness of this piece. I plan to use a piece of plain angle for this or does this need to be hardened and ground?
Thanks...Mike

That would be the "folding bar support" but I don't have the size for you. Others will have that information for you. I noticed this is your first post and I want to say welcome to chaski.
Just because you don’t believe it - doesn’t mean it’s not so.
