 Post subject: louver punch

If someone wanted to make a louver punch, not for production, but for a very small project, maybe 20 small (3") louvers in say .032" 3000 series aluminum, is there any info, or drawings out there? Usable with a hydraulic press?

A search should be helpful on the subject. I did a real quick look-see (louver punch) and found this;
