roper whitney model 58 manuals

Hello all, i'm new to the website. I've been registered for a short time. I purchased a used roper whitney model 58 punch press and i'm now looking for owner/user/parts manuals for it. I also just purchased a barely used used roper whitney pexto model 125 25" bench shear. I am looking for owner/user/parts manuals for that unit as well.
The operation of the punch press appears straight forward, foot operated. I do not know how fast of action is required for the cycle. Im punching oblong holes, .750"x 1.00" and .400"x.750" into .050" 3003 aluminum. Is the actual action a fast deliberate punch or a slower steady action?
