Wood Filler

Post by FLtenwheeler »

Hi

I am making a pattern for an 1-1/2" scale steam locomotive out of Poplar. What can I use to fill or buildup some areas that I nicked with the saw?

Thanks

Tim

I like the Squadron modeling putties, white or green. Smooth out nicely and do good in thin layers and sands well. Check hobby shops or online. Much better than the traditional wood fillers.
