Puerto Rico disaster

It is past critical stages. Heck all these containers sitting there, full of food, generators. sp. There will be recounts and stories of these weeks of burning whatever they can to boil and filter water. How many times can we say the word "horrible" and actually mean it.
It has to be more specific. It should have a name. I don't want a donation going to scrape graffiti off an inner city wall, which will be immediately defaced. There are people die ing and getting very sick. Heavy ATVs like the ones shot apart could have helped.
It is all so screwy in the times of things. We don't know the numbers . Best we don't for it is larger.
