Hobbyist Hardness scale

Recently one of the members mentioned the hardness of a part he was working on, and I thought that maybe we should make up a Hobbyist Hardness scale just to add to Rc, Rb, MOHS, and others.
So far we have:
Harder than woodpecker lips.
I'd like to add, Harder than a w..uh, soiled dove's heart.
Anyone else have a favorite simile? (Please leave the proverbial preacher out.)

Yes, exactly.
Which ranks harder...
Harder thanna bulls horn.
Or...
Harder thanna woodpeckers lips.

I got reamed out on another forum for comparing two chisels by seeing which one would scratch the other. Maybe I should be quiet.

Ya'll gotta quit hangin' out with those yuppie type machinists who drink tea with their pinky extended, and stick with us types that even have a set of files to do 'zactly what you are talkin' about. Storebought files.....not exact....but get you in the ballpark!

Now we are getting enough to evaluate. Keep them coming, I know you all have some hidden away that are not risqué.
