Huot sells an index...

https://www.amazon.com/Huot-10400-Drill ... 190&sr=8-4

although I find this one-at-a-time dispenser style...

https://www.amazon.com/21pcs-Twist-Micr ... 189&sr=8-9

far easier to use plus it's almost impossible to lose other drills while extracting the one you need.

Thanks for the tips on indexes. Or indices, to be stuffy about it.

My impression from reading about tiny bits for carburetors is that carbon is better than HSS because it will flex instead of breaking. Does anyone know if that's true?

It makes sense to me. It is often unlikely that the alignment of the actual port is the same as the tiny drill. It must follow that harder port while drilling the softer junk. Consider root canals or don't :( The drills are miniature and short but still flex.
