I've noticed a couple months ago CL changed the way listings appear. I think what happens is that advertisers can push their listings to the top, and the posting date stays the same. What happens is that new items get buried in the list and those that I've seen over and over ad nauseum are always at the top or on the first page, with the old dates.
Anyway, do you folks have any searching tips?

More Words, Less Words, Left To Right, Right To Left,
Caps On, Caps Off, Correctly Spelled, Incorrectly Spelled.
It might sound crazy, but I find a lot of stuff following
those rules.

Re: craigs list
ctwo,
I used to have the same problem. Look on your Craig's list page in the upper right hand corner. There is a bar that says: Newest, Relevant,.... Click on Newest and the list order changes from most relevant to newest first. That has kept the older listings out of my way. Bad thing is: you have to do the trick every time you visit Craig's List or it will come up most relevant every time.
I am going to try the Ixlick engine and see how it works.
Thanks for the link.
Good Luck,
Terry
