How do i get e-mail notifications on my posts and such
Would like to know when someone responds to one of my threads or posts.

I'm going to assume that you are using subsilver2 as your board choice.
Please note that there is a rather broad blue line that appears directly below the thread title on the page where your post is displayed. At the left of that line, you will see the word Author, which is in a light orange color. Directly above that line there is another line, pale blue. At the extreme left you see various buttons. The first one is Subscribe topic. Click that button and you should receive notification by email when anyone posts in that particular thread.
