Suggestion: 3d printing

Post by Mike Walsh »

Should we add a forum for 3d printing?

I was going to post a request for assistance in drafting a 3d model and couldn't quite put my thumb on what forum to post it in. It's railroad related, but more on the 1:1 side, and having seen the increasing number of 3d printing taking place, I thought I'd ask for input on this. Perhaps a subforum for 3d printing projects/help/etc.

Thanks!

Great idea! I've been thinking of building a RepRap kind of 3D printer. (and then I promise, no more machines...)
